Pray for Canada
Pray for Canada! We have seen that this simple act is enough for Christ to transform hearts, lives and circumstances. Join us in praying for our country in the following areas:
- Our Government: Pray that God will guide our politicians and elections, and that the Spirit will be present in all local and national decisions that affect Canada.
- Our Growing Communities: There are few churches to support our rapidly growing cities. Pray for more spiritual workers to bring discipleship to Canada’s diverse urban communities.
- Our People: Canada welcomes immigrants of all backgrounds, and this gives us an unprecedented opportunity to share Jesus’ message. Pray that God will call Christians to reach out to their neighbours to share the Good News.

Prayer Request: Week of October 20, 2024
In the Philippines, Christian teachers volunteer to provide the National Values Education Program right in public-school classrooms. Principals and parents notice the difference in their students–and are eager for these trained teachers to be in their schools. Each child receives a Bible.
Please pray that this Bible will be read in the classroom and at home with their families.

Prayer Request: Week of October 13, 2024
“Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’” Matthew 9:37-38 NIV. In God’s kingdom, the harvest is constantly taking place.
Please pray for the local champions around the world who are being trained and equipped with Bibles to go out into their own communities and bring in the harvest.
