Pray for Canada
Pray for Canada! We have seen that this simple act is enough for Christ to transform hearts, lives and circumstances. Join us in praying for our country in the following areas:
- Our Government: Pray that God will guide our politicians and elections, and that the Spirit will be present in all local and national decisions that affect Canada.
- Our Growing Communities: There are few churches to support our rapidly growing cities. Pray for more spiritual workers to bring discipleship to Canada’s diverse urban communities.
- Our People: Canada welcomes immigrants of all backgrounds, and this gives us an unprecedented opportunity to share Jesus’ message. Pray that God will call Christians to reach out to their neighbours to share the Good News.

Prayer Request: Week of December 15, 2024
When you sacrifice some of your treasures to make sure that someone else receives the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, you are a gift to them. This is such a beautiful reflection of the gift of love that God has given to each of us: His one and only Son. The things of this world are temporary and will be gone one day. The most important thing in life is knowing the God who made you and who gave you the greatest gift you will ever receive.
Please pray that all people may experience blessings of great joy during this Christmas season!

Prayer Request: Week of December 8, 2024
Bible League Canada works in 50 countries worldwide, and we regularly share with you about the needs and the joys in many of these countries. But there are some countries we don’t mention regularly: Belarus, Bulgaria, Argentina, Uruguay, Laos, to mention a few. In these countries, too, new churches are being started where previously there were none, kids are hearing about Jesus in children’s programs, and women and men are being discipled to read and understand their new Bibles.
Please pray the ministry work in all corners of the world will continue to gain momentum and build the kingdom of God!
