SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Orders submitted before 12PM PST for Overnight or Two-Day Express shipping method will ship the same business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS. The following shipping methods are available for delivery with orders placed by 12PM PST:

Free ground shipping offer on all U.S. orders. Offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. Will arrive within 5-8 business days.
Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days. Monday-Friday Delivery. Rate is calculated based on shipping location and weight of order.
Overnight: Will arrive the following business day. Monday-Friday Delivery. Rate is calculated based on shipping location and weight of order.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

*Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Shipping rates are calculated according to the type of shipping you choose. Each address you instruct us to ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Please see below for our shipping options:

U.S. Ground Orders will ship FREE via USPS 5-8 day shipping
Standard Service - USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days)
USPS 2 Day Express (2 business days, Mon-Fri delivery only): Rate based on Weight and Ship Location
USPS Next Day (1 business day, Mon-Fri delivery only): Rate based on Weight and Ship Location

Overnight Shipping: place order by Thursday at 12:00 PM PST
2nd Day: place order by Wednesday at 12:00 PM PST
