Merchandise must meet our requirements for return or exchange:
Items must be in their original condition, new, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and salable condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items returned more than 14 days from the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
You must submit a returns request to email@example.com. We will provide you with our $7 return shipping label, and confirm whether an exchange/store credit or refund is approved. Please include your order number in your email. We do not provide international, APO, FPO, and DPO address, return labels.
We respond to your email within 24-48 hours. We are closed on the weekends and all major holidays. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive an eGift. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to one full billing cycle for your refund to reflect in your bank statements.

Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling.
Store credits expire 30 days from issue date. Store credits can be used on any products online.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.

We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns — an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven exchanges. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
We will gladly accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Sale items are excluded and other promotions may also be excluded.
